Returns & Refund Policy

Custom Products

Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. Each order is produced specifically for you using the artwork and options you selected.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved artwork, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint or refund at our discretion.

To report an issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
  • A description of the issue

Artwork Errors

CasoPromos is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork. If you selected "Print as-is," we print exactly what you provided. If you selected "Professional Review," our design team reviews the file for print quality but does not check content accuracy (e.g., spelling, phone numbers).

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production has not begun. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately at info@casopromos.com if you need to cancel.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
