Everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Standard Shipping
5-7 business days after production is complete. Available to all addresses within the continental United States.
Expedited Shipping
2-3 business days after production. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Production Times
Please note that shipping times are in addition to production times. Standard production is 3-5 business days for most products. Production begins once artwork has been approved. Check individual product pages for specific turnaround estimates.
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on order size and destination. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Multi-Address Shipping
Need to ship to multiple locations? CasoPromos supports split shipments. During checkout, you can specify multiple shipping addresses and allocate items to each destination.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the continental United States (48 states). For Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns Policy for details.
