2. Products and Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is not confirmed until payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Artwork and Files

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. CasoPromos is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork unless the "Professional Review" option is selected. By uploading artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use and reproduce the content.

4. Production and Turnaround

Standard production times vary by product and are listed on individual product pages. Production begins after artwork has been approved. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely. Payment is due at the time of order.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. CasoPromos ships within the continental United States. See our Shipping Info page for more details.
